Basic module for delivering, testing, and reinforcing the information learned: Knowledge Base, Interactive Articles, Quizzes, Product Cards, and Sales Simulator.
This set of modules allows you to introduce users to both general brand information and specific brand products – and immediately test their knowledge.
To increase user loyalty and increase their LTV, we added the ability to flexibly target content to different user segments on the platform based on their characteristics.
In addition, the set-up included a two-channel Chat: a channel for information and feedback from users.
Achievement module (virtual badges) and branded mini-games were also added to make learning fun and varied, increasing user loyalty to the platform and company brands.
A set of business modules, which are responsible for driving and monitoring sales.
These include the Progress Bar, Leaderboard and Challenge modules, which allow users to visually see their sales progress and, if necessary, further incentivize them to increase their activity.
Rewards for successful interaction with the platform content + good sales performance are implemented in the Bonus Shop and Lottery modules.
The former is a virtual gift shop (both digital and real), which can be obtained in exchange for points earned on the platform.
The Lottery is a reward mechanic that involves earning extra bonus points by betting a portion of the points you’ve already earned to win.
In order to enable Сlient managers and Connect support team to monitor user behaviour 24/7 and make quick content adjustments across the entire base or to specific target groups as needed, an Admin panel with analytics dashboards displaying all key metrics has been integrated into the starter pack.
