My Role as a Product Manager

  • Pre-Launch
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing, sales, legal, partners department, brand managers, etc.) to align on goals, timelines, budget and expectations.
    • Present and refine product plans based on feedback from leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Create and manage a product roadmap, ensuring that priorities are clear and timelines are realistic.
    • Write detailed product requirements and specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
    • Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the user experience.
    • Conduct focus groups, beta testing, and prototype testing to validate product concepts with real users.
    • Gather feedback to refine features and address potential pain points before launch.
    • Identify potential risks associated with the product launch, including technical and operational risks.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for launch.

Manageable Reward System
Developed and implemented a manageable rewards system that awarded retailers points for sales achievements and promotional participation, resulting in increased retailer engagement and a boost in sales within the first quarter.
E-signature
Implemented DocuSign e-signature functionality to streamline enrollment processes, improving security and increasing efficiency, which reduced processing time and minimized errors for a more seamless user experience.
Receipt OCR
Integrated OCR technology for receipt processing in a new product promo, simplifying user participation and increasing sales conversions.
Sales Simulator
Developed a tool for retailers to simulate sales scenarios, enabling strategic planning and improving sales effectiveness.
Geolocation check-in
Implemented geolocation check-in to verify retailer location accuracy, enhancing promotion tracking and visit reliability.
Analytic Dashboards
Developed an analytics dashboard with an admin panel for real-time monitoring of user behavior, enabling swift content and strategy adjustments.
Product Overview

In order to achieve all the goals we decided to build a custom training, motivation and loyalty platform. The solution consisted of 5 different groups of modules, each responsible for a different aspect in solving the overall task
Education Block

Basic module for delivering, testing, and reinforcing the information learned: Knowledge Base, Interactive Articles, Quizzes, Product Cards, and Sales Simulator.


This set of modules allows you to introduce users to both general brand information and specific brand products – and immediately test their knowledge.

Loyalty Block

To increase user loyalty and increase their LTV, we added the ability to flexibly target content to different user segments on the platform based on their characteristics.


In addition, the set-up included a two-channel Chat: a channel for information and feedback from users.

Achievement module (virtual badges) and branded mini-games were also added to make learning fun and varied, increasing user loyalty to the platform and company brands.

Sales Incentive Block

A set of business modules, which are responsible for driving and monitoring sales.


These include the Progress Bar, Leaderboard and Challenge modules, which allow users to visually see their sales progress and, if necessary, further incentivize them to increase their activity.

Reward System Block

Rewards for successful interaction with the platform content + good sales performance are implemented in the Bonus Shop and Lottery modules.

The former is a virtual gift shop (both digital and real), which can be obtained in exchange for points earned on the platform.

The Lottery is a reward mechanic that involves earning extra bonus points by betting a portion of the points you’ve already earned to win.

Analytics block

In order to enable Сlient managers and Connect support team to monitor user behaviour 24/7 and make quick content adjustments across the entire base or to specific target groups as needed, an Admin panel with analytics dashboards displaying all key metrics has been integrated into the starter pack.
